An August Thought
This is what I say to myself on a good day and anyone familiar with me knows that my days & thoughts are not always good.
Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your DESTINY.

Bejesus! Why didn't someone warn me! Never mind, never too late to try and change your destiny, and if starts with your thoughts; then at least I can do something about it!

I typed this comment out and printed it and taped it to my mirror just to remind me to watch what I say! I'm a victim of talking myself out of good things and talking myself into bad things so I take these words to heart.
